Chapman (41) is a facilitator for Family Networks East End. She recived her B.SW from Mcgill and Master of Social Work from McMaster University. She is the current vice president of the Congress of Black Women and has worked with various community organizations including Afrofesta. Until recently she operated an online store specialising in multicultural literature and dolls. She is also the coordinator for Black Talk, a 24-hour black radio programming event. Chapman is married and has two stepdaughters and one son.

Leroy Hibbert (38) graduated from Fanshawe College with a Leadership Diploma and is currently employed at LUSO Community Services as a Multicultural Outreach Coordinator.
